Happy Hump Day y’all.
So I haven’t ran in a long time but last night I did it. I walk/ran for 40 minutes and even climbed Mt. Everest. See?
That is a big hill. I did it! And I am going to use this app to do it at least 3 days a week…cause this is a blog about running you know.
